Introducing Jonny Cosmo! Jonny grew up in Ruby's, his grandma's salon, started vocational beauty school in 2008 & licensed in 2010. After graduating from Aveda Frederic's Cincinnati in 2011, he went on to apprentice for a year at Charles Penzone. Four years later, he started working behind the chair. Fast forward a few years, and now he and his wife Ali run Ruby's together!
Jonny has taken numerous Extension Classes, including NBR Extensions (level ll) & Bellami Extensions, as well as various color classes taught by some of the leading hair artists in the industry. Jon is a huge fan of taking continuing education classes & will never stop trying to improve his work!

Ali attended The Aveda Institute Columbus in 2011 & immediately after, she started a year-long apprenticeship at Charles Penzone, where she first began her journey behind the chair. Ali has taken numerous Extension Classes, including NBR Extensions (level ll) & Bellami Extensions, as well as various color classes taught by some of the leading hair artists in the industry. Ali is big on taking continuing education classes & will never stop trying to improve her craft!
Ali currently Co-runs Ruby’s Beauty Salon with her husband, Jonny, where they lead a team of amazing stylists! Ali & Jonny also started their own education brand, Nice Girl Hair Tour, where they teach classes to stylists throughout the Country!

Madison, also known as MadCurls, embarked on her hairstyling journey after graduating from Creative Images in 2014. Following her graduation, she immersed herself in a year-long mentorship near her hometown in Anna, OH. Through ongoing education, she has honed her expertise in curls, dimensional color, and extensions.
With a decade of experience in the industry, Madison has embraced diverse roles, including brand education and mentoring new talent, as well as managing salons. Today, she proudly owns her own space within Ruby’s. In Madison’s welcoming space, her focus is on helping you achieve your dream curls that stay fresh day in and day out. Every appointment is one-on-one, ensuring your cut, color, and extensions always look their best. Furthermore, she is dedicated to assisting you in finding the perfect at-home hair care routine tailored to your lifestyle.
