Ruby's Beauty Salon was established in 1941 and is now run by grandson Jonny Wright and his Fiancé Ali Romano. The business and the legacy have continued for sixty-five years of serving Troy and the greater Dayton area!
Ruby's Beauty Salon is a Luxury Hair Salon, with each stylist having a specialty. We strive to create a high-end experience without a snooty environment. We are a HYBRID salon, meaning we have booth renters, commission stylists, and hourly assistants in training. That means we don't have a receptionist or a phone number; each stylist runs their schedule individually.

In September 2023, the Ruby's team attended the 2nd annual Balayage Awards. Judged by a panel of objective, industry icons, the Balayage Awards showcased the BEST entries in each category, regardless of experience or follower count. Out of 30,000+ entries, we are proud to say that two of our stylists, Ali Romano & Lauren Noll won the largest category of the competition, Blonde Balayage! Congratulations ladies!
